443.725 REPEATER SYSTEM

• This system is also located on one of the lesser knobs of Prospect Hill in south Salem offSkyline Road at an elevation of 1,000 feet. The system is housed in the Marion CountyPublic Works Building along with the Packet System. This tower can be seen from I-5 atthe Turner Exit.

• The repeater is a Vertex (Yaesu commercial system) and runs on commercial power witha standby generator in case of commercial power failure. It has a power output of 20watts into a 4-duplexer system and is connected to the antenna at 110 foot level on top ofthe tower. The repeater is controlled by a S-Comm 7K Controller and has DTMF andtwo-tone paging capabilities along with several other features. The system does not haveautopatch.

• This repeater also views the south Willamette Valley and has coverage from northEugene to the Portland area.
